Desired Experience : 0 to 4 Years
Basic pre-requisites :
1. Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets
• Interaction with customers located in the USA/UK/Canada over the phone (Inbound and Outbound)
• Listening to and understanding the customer's requirements
• New customer acquisition by way of both Inbound and outbound calls
• Probing the customers wherever required
• Capturing accurately sufficient details
• Excellent with the customer interaction
